Grown near the Rwanda Congo Nile Mountain Chain, just steps from Lake Kivu and Nyungwe National Park, this coffee is produced at the Gasharu Washing Station, nestled in one of Africa’s most biodiverse and ecologically preserved regions.

The area's high elevation, rich volcanic soil, and rainforest climate yield juicy, complex cherries that result in a cup layered with flavour. Expect tasting notes of cinnamon, gingerbread, strawberries, and cream. A warm and fruit-forward profile with a soft, rounded finish.

The proximity to Nyungwe Forest, one of Central Africa’s largest montane rainforests, ensures year-round rainfall and fertile conditions. This natural environment enhances sweetness and acidity in every bean, making this Rwandan micro-lot an exceptional choice for specialty coffee lovers.
