Shipping policy
What delivery options are available? Do you offer international delivery?
We offer delivery services through the:
1. Royal Mail UK and;
2. Store pickup at any Guillam locations.
At the order checkout page, you will be able to clearly see and choose one of these delivery options.
Please note that we don't currently offer a delivery service outside of the UK. However, we are actively working towards introducing additional shipping choices in the near future.
How much is shipping?
We offer 2 types of delivery via Royal Mail:

Royal Mail 2nd Class/Standard delivery (within 3-5 working days) - £3.30.

Royal Mail Tracked 24/Express delivery (within 1-2 working days) - £3.99.
Alternatively, you may opt to collect directly at any Guillam in-store locations.
All these options are available to choose from during the checkout session of your purchase.

Before we do so, first, please check with the shipping information above as shipping times vary for the shipping options that you choose for your order.
If you have additional request(s) that is/are important to be communicated to us, please do not hesitate include them during your checkout session.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that it may not always be possible due to our dependance on the Royal Mail service.
If all efforts have been made and your order has still not arrived yet beyond 14 days, please reach out to us at customerservice@guillam.co.uk, and we do our best to resolve your delivery issue.
