2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat or preparation for war.
3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster.
4. Failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
5. Inability to use railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport.
6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions imposed by any government.
7. Any failure or service outage that is beyond our control.
We will inform you in advance if we need to suspend the supply of our online products in the event of an urgent or an emergency situation. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. If the delivery of the product is suspended for more than 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date, you may contact us to terminate the contract and receive a refund of any prepaid sums for the product in accordance with our refund policy. If this occurs, we will have no further liability to you.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision or part of a provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Legal Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
