Coffee Information

From the mountains of Guajiquiro, Marcala, this exceptional lot is named after producer Victorio Cruz’s grandson, Isaac, symbolising both heritage and future. Grown on a small plot of 40‑year‑old Typica trees — one of the oldest and most historic coffee varietals — Niño Isaac is a rare expression of tradition preserved with care.

This year’s black honey process features extended fermentation, creating a cup that is bright, floral, and beautifully complex. Expect cranberry vibrancy, blood orange brightness, and a delicate black tea finish, with lively acidity and syrupy sweetness that redefine what Honduran coffee can be.

Though the harvest is small, the quality is outstanding. Each bean is roasted with a unique profile designed to highlight its origin and process, offering an experience that is unique & interesting — boundary‑pushing coffee unlike anything you’ve tried before.
