Coffee Information
From the remote hills of Guajiquiro, Victorio Cruz’s farm Jerusalén has been dedicated to Typica cultivation for over 50 years, across three generations. With organic practices and a deep respect for heritage, this farm produces one of Honduras’ most distinctive microlots, so remote that processed coffee is transported on horseback.
This anaerobic natural Typica, now in its fourth year with Guillam, delivers a cup that is exceptionally sweet, fruity, and vibrant. Expect tropical layers of mango, strawberry, and plum, lifted by notes of pineapple and peach, all balanced by a clean and refined profile. Each harvest reflects Victorio’s commitment to improving quality season after season, resulting in a coffee that feels both adventurous and elegant.
At Guillam, we roast each lot with a unique profile designed to highlight its origin and process. Victorio Cruz Coffee belongs to our Unique & Interesting experience — boundary‑pushing coffee unlike anything you’ve tried before.
