Rwanda is the land of 1000 hills, with great growing conditions for coffee: High altitude, regular rainfall, and rich soil. This coffee is very juicy and clean, with a long aftertaste: one taste and you keep wanting more. A great choice served on ice or as a cold brew in the summer.

This cup is a fantastic representation of the high level of natural processing from Huye Mountain. Sweet flavours of malt and raw sugar, being supported by notes of strawberries. In the cooling flavours of morello cherry and chocolate are coming to the forefront.
