Coffee Information

From the famed terroir of Kirinyaga, Kiangoi AA is a vibrant showcase of Kenya’s finest coffee character. Grown on smallholder farms at 1,600–1,700m and delivered to the Kiangoi Factory, this lot reflects the dedication of the Rung’eto Farmer Cooperative Society, where tradition and precision meet.

In the cup, expect blood orange brightness, plum sweetness, and blackcurrant depth, lifted by delicate notes of hibiscus and black tea. As it cools, the sweetness turns syrupy, bringing balance to the lively fruit and clarity that defines Kenyan coffee.

Meticulously pulped, fermented, washed in clean water from the Kii River, and slow‑dried on raised beds for up to 14 days, Kiangoi AA embodies the care and craft behind every stage of processing.
