Coffee Information

From the mountains of Huila, young producer Diego Horta brings passion and innovation to his family farm, El Rincón. Using anaerobic fermentation for 160 hours, he transforms carefully selected cherries into a coffee that is bold, sweet, and unforgettable.
Expect mango, passion fruit, and blueberry notes, wrapped in the indulgent richness of chocolate ganache and violet, with a gentle, wine‑like acidity that elevates the cup. This lot reflects both Colombia’s heritage and Diego’s modern approach, delivering a coffee that is as distinctive as it is memorable.
