Darjeeling Tea

Nestled high in the misty Himalayan slopes of West Bengal, Darjeeling tea is celebrated worldwide for its elegance and complexity. Grown at altitudes between 600 and 2,000 metres, the unique terroir — cool temperatures, rich soil, and abundant rainfall — gives rise to a tea unlike any other.
Since the 19th century, Darjeeling has been prized for its delicate floral aroma, muscatel sweetness, and brisk, lively finish. Its limited production and protected geographical indication make it one of the most sought‑after luxury teas. Harvested by hand from March to November, the leaves are plucked as the top two leaves and a bud, ensuring purity and quality.
Darjeeling is produced in distinct seasonal flushes, each offering a unique flavour profile.
In the cup, Guillam Darjeeling reveals bright fruit notes layered with subtle spice, balanced by a clean, refreshing finish. Its light body makes it versatile — perfect as a refined afternoon tea or a sophisticated daily ritual.
Brewing at 90–95°C for 3–4 minutes brings out its signature bouquet: a fragrant mix of floral, fruity, and muscatel tones that linger gracefully.
