Edelweiss Estate is a vibrant, fruit‑driven Tanzanian coffee grown in the highlands of Karatu, where altitude, volcanic soil and careful natural processing come together to create a cup full of clarity and character. Cultivated between 1,650 and 1,800 metres, the cherries develop slowly, building natural sweetness while maintaining a bright, lively profile.
In the cup, it opens with juicy pineapple sweetness and a fresh lime‑like acidity that brings lift and energy. This brightness is balanced by a rich, viscous body, adding depth and texture without sacrificing clarity. The slow, carefully managed drying process enhances fruit intensity and sweetness, resulting in a coffee that feels expressive yet clean and well structured.
