Sourced from the highlands of San Ignacio and Jaen in Cajamarca, Peru’s largest coffee‑producing region, La Denta AA embodies generations of farming heritage and a deep respect for nature. Named after the Andean Tapir, this eco‑conscious blend reflects sustainable practices and community care.
Expect juicy blackberry and blueberry notes balanced with smooth chocolate sweetness, a vibrant cup with medium‑high acidity and a clean finish. Grown at altitudes of 1500–1900 MASL and carefully washed, fermented, and solar‑dried, La Denta delivers a flavour that is both memorable and meaningful.
