Built around the Caturra variety and carefully processed using traditional washed methods, it delivers a cup defined by sweetness, comfort and remarkable clarity. Slow cherry maturation in the cool mountain climate helps develop layers of flavour, resulting in a coffee that feels both approachable and quietly complex.

In the cup, expect notes of sweet apple, caramelised nuts and warming baking spices, supported by a smooth, creamy body and a gentle, well-integrated acidity.
