Rumudamo is a vibrant Ethiopian coffee grown in the highlands of Arbegona, a region celebrated for producing some of the country's most expressive and sought‑after coffees. Cultivated at an impressive 2,200 metres above sea level, this lot benefits from slow cherry maturation, allowing natural sugars and flavour complexity to develop gradually before processing.

The result is a bright, fruit‑driven cup bursting with sweet strawberry notes, lifted by the lively citrus character of grapefruit and complemented by a fresh, floral elegance. The natural process enhances sweetness and aromatic intensity while maintaining clarity, creating a coffee that feels juicy and expressive yet remarkably clean and balanced.

Produced by around 600 smallholder farmers working with the renowned Daye Bensa team, this coffee reflects the unique conditions that have helped establish Rumudamo as one of Ethiopia's most respected coffee‑growing communities. The combination of high altitude, heirloom varieties and meticulous natural processing gives the cup its signature depth, vibrant acidity and refined sweetness.
